What is a Public Sector Licence?

The Royal Mail Public Sector Licence (PSL) is a special licensing agreement that allows eligible public sector organizations to access Royal Mail's PAF® data at reduced rates. This licence is separate from our service and must be obtained directly from Royal Mail.

To qualify for public sector pricing, you must:
